Leah Donnella ’13  is an editor with the NPR Code Switch team. She joined NPR in 2015. She created “Ask Code Switch” in which team members answer listener questions about race, culture and identity in everyday experience.

Hugo Martín ’87 is a business writer who covers the travel industries, including airlines and theme parks, for the Los Angeles Times. He was part of the Metro staff that won three Pulitzer Prizes.

Saahil Desai ’16 joined the staff of The Atlantic in 2018, where he is a senior associate editor and covers politics and policy. Before The Atlantic, he was a digital editor at The Washington Monthly.

The PAYS program gives rising 10^th through 12^th graders from groups underrepresented in higher education a full-immersion experience at �鶹Ӱ�� over three summers, fully free of charge.
