Benefits

Tuition Remission
Â鶹ӰÊÓ offers undergraduate tuition aid to its regular, benefits-based employees, their spouses, registered domestic partners and eligible dependent children who do not have a Bachelor's degree. It also offers a plan of graduate tuition aid, covering 50 percent for a half-time academic load, for eligible staff to obtain a relevant masters-level degree in order to enhance job performance at the College. Advice and Counseling
At no cost to Â鶹ӰÊÓ employees, the (EAP) offers confidential advice and counseling services to eligible employees and their immediate family members available 24/7 relating to issues such as parenting, loss or grievance, relationship problems, substance abuse, self-improvement, mental health, financial concerns, and legal-referral assistance. Fitness and Wellness
Pomona-Pitzer Athletics provides fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, strength and cardio, personal training, and even Pickleball. Additionally, the gym and pool facilities are available to staff. Check the for schedules and facility availability.
Gear and Equipment Rentals

Outdoor Planning Advice & Resources

The Outdoor Education Center (OEC) has a library of outdoor guide books and Chris, the Outdoor Education Coordinator, is always an email away at chris.weyant@pomona.edu if you need help planning a personal trip or if you need suggestions/help in planning faculty field study trips for the spring semester.

Mango Languages
The Foreign Language Resource Center provides free access to Mango Languages, which offers self-paced courses for over 70 languages and dialects. Visit the Staff Portal’s FLRC page to create a free Mango Languages account and start taking classes.
Oldenborg Language Tables
The Oldenborg Center welcomes staff to join its in-person foreign-language lunch tables. Enjoy lunch and converse in foreign languages at tables mentored by native and advanced speakers. We are currently hosting tables in our outdoor tent in the Oldenborg parking lot. Visit the language tables webpage for the schedule of languages.
