The mission of the Â鶹ӰÊÓ Archives is to collect, preserve, describe and make accessible records and materials that document the history and development of Â鶹ӰÊÓ and its associated programs, activities, events, persons, and groups. The Archives serves as the repository for official and unofficial records that have enduring and significant historical, administrative, or informational value.

Access

The Â鶹ӰÊÓ Archives is open to all individuals who agree to abide by the rules governing their use. Materials are non-circulating and a brief registration process, including photo identification, is required of all researchers. Some records in the College Archives have restrictions placed on them for various reasons that include privacy, state and federal regulations, and issues of fragility and preservation. For those researchers unable to visit, a limited number of photocopies may be made available for research use, as physical condition, copyright restrictions and staffing permit.
