We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding Title IX regulations. The new regulations, issued by the U.S. Department of Education, are effective today, August 1, 2024. The College’s new interim policies have been approved by the College and are available below:

• , which applies to Sex-Based Harassment allegations against 7-C students and third-parties
• The Staff and Faculty Title IX Sexual Misconduct and Sex-Based Harassment Interim Policy and Procedures, which applies to Sex-Based Harassment allegations against College staff and faculty.

More information about the policies will be provided over the coming weeks and months.
