The exhibition introduces audiences to the art and culture of the city of Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. It examines the significance of Bahia to Afro-Brazilian artistic practices and the African descendant experience as manifested in the work of leading Bahian artists from the mid-20th century to today.
Friday, October 27, 2017, leave from the Pomona campus at 12:00 noon and return by 5:00/5:30 p.m.
Pick up spot: College Way and 6th St (in front of Lincoln/Edmunds Buildings).
