... Take Back the Night is an event to raise awareness about issues surrounding sexual violence. It aims to reclaim the night, a time when many people, particularly women and gender non-conforming folks, feel most vulnerable to the threat of violence. In honor of survivors everywhere, please join us for a night where we are all empowered to end the silence and stop the violence.
8:45PM-9:30PM | Take Back the Night march and vigil. To participate, please meet at the Motley at 8:45. March will end in the museum courtyard at 9:30pm.
9:30PM-11:30PM | Advocates zine release celebration! Come pick up an issue of the Advocates important and powerful new zine!
9:30P-11:30PM | Take Back the Night concert sponsored by KSPC featuring Paislienne (dreamy shoegaze from PO), Lazy Mary (grrrl punk from Long Beach), Storey & the Tellers (folk rock from PZ)
